Welcome to DokuZoo ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which DokuZoo collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users ("User", "you") of the DokuZoo mobile application on Android / Google Play Store.
2. Information Collection and Storage
DokuZoo operates under a privacy-by-design philosophy:
- Local Gameplay Data: All your gameplay stats, unlocked animal companions, puzzle records, coins, and habitat customizations are saved exclusively on your device using local storage (`SharedPreferences`). This data is never sent to our servers.
- No Personal Accounts: You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide personal details to play DokuZoo.
- No Location Tracking: We do not request or track precise GPS location data.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep DokuZoo free to play for everyone, we use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to serve advertisements (such as banner ads, interstitial breaks, and voluntary rewarded video ads for hints).
Google AdMob may collect and process certain non-personally identifiable device data to serve ads in compliance with applicable laws and Google Play developer policies:
- Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID), unique device identifiers.
- Technical Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, carrier, network connection type.
- Ad Interaction Data: Ad views, clicks, and impressions.

5. Children's Privacy & Family Policy (COPPA Compliance)
DokuZoo is a calm, family-friendly puzzle game suitable for audiences of all ages. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at m.naemakram@gmail.com and we will take immediate steps to delete any such information.
6. Data Safety, Retention & Deletion
Because gameplay data is stored strictly on your local device:
- Deleting Your Data: You can completely erase all in-game progress and stored preferences at any time by clearing the app data via your device settings (Settings > Apps > DokuZoo > Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling the application.
- Resetting Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID through your Android system settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset/Delete Advertising ID).

7. Security
We value your trust in using DokuZoo. All communications performed by third-party SDKs (such as AdMob) are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
